It’s quite handy! I reversed my type type 2 diabetes 3 years ago with a LCHF lifestyle and a CGM. I used to take metformin and glipizide for more than 20 years. I no longer take any diabetes medication

I’ve been sleeping with a CGM for the last few weeks…. It’s been a rocky relationship. I’ve got one more week before I have to break up….

It’s eye opening!

Wish nu could find an affordable way to have one more often…

And also—

I still wonder how the mastering diabetes approach would really work.. I’m scared to be the test dummy.

Lifesaving. My type 1 daughter went from 11.2 a1c at diagnosis a year ago to 5.8. And she continues to improve on keto. Cgm data is key to awareness.

What happens when the serfs find out that the government food pyramid is a life destroying lie? A GSM is a darn good way to find out that a breakfast of orange juice, dry toast and bran cereal is a blood sugar nightmare.

Awareness is the key, if you don’t know what the effects of the inputs are, how can you know anything? If tools were used before problems occur, that would prevent a lot of suffering…but then Pharma would be sad.

i've had high blood sugar for years which makes me nuts. i'm 5'2", 104 lbs and exercise almost every morning (weight bearing). i also eat LCHF. i asked my doctor about a CGM but was turned down. i tried (and am still trying) Pendulum probiotics. i was about to buy myself a CGM but instead bought a CAR.O.L HIIT bike because my boyfriend could use it too. it did the trick. blood sugar down from borderline high to comfortably in the safe zone. i may try a CGM one of these days just to determine what foods and what timing of those foods are the problem for me
