It's ridiculous. If one started a new medication and you reported back what the effects are, that's anecdotal. AND also how the medication may be adjusted to better suit the individual.

Disregard for observation, and total evasion of the causal nexus that once was the holy grail of science. It’s just dumb correlation that is sold as science these days.

This whole trend is painful and tedious. This is going on in resistance training research mostly because so many evidence based exercise scientists are of the Brad Schoefeld circle jerk publishing clique
