Thanks, Robb, really great that you’re up for putting this much effort into an update like this. Really helpful to read, not so much for the specifics which of course are very specific to you as an individual, but to get a sense of your process and how you think about this over time and evolve your approach in all these areas.
Thanks for the detailed training update Robb. I flagged the email as soon as I got it and finally got around to reading the post after recovering from the latest illness my infant gave me from this winter daycare plague.
I always get a lot out of these training deep dives you provide, especially since we've had a somewhat similar training trajectory (competitive weightlifting vs powerlifting, both getting into crossfit, both getting into BJJ). I'm the same age as when you started writing these training updates and I just started jiu jitsu classes in January.
Thank you as always for the amazing (mostly free!) content you've provided over the years. I'm glad to hear it sounds like your health is coming around and look forward to you getting back into writing and podcasting more!
"It’s wild to see the trajectory of this series over 15 years, Robb. You’ve moved the needle from basic 'macro' optimization to deep cellular biochemistry. Looking back, the biggest shift hasn't just been the protocols, but the data integrity required to back them up. In 2011, we were just trying to get the basics right; in 2026, we’re auditing the molecular purity of in-vitro research materials with surgical precision. Respect the legacy—I sent a technical note to your Substack/DMs regarding some US-based ISO analytical testing we’re running at Solyn. Would love to get a 'nerd' perspective on our HPLC transparency model.
Love reading these updates! Would be curious to hear more about your learning a new language journey too. My son started Spanish immersion kindergarten year and I have been wanting to find a way to also learn Spanish.
Oh my, how in the world did your girls grow up so much?! Time surely cannot have passed by that much! Fascinating update as usual, Robb, thank you for sharing what you’ve been doing. It always provides plenty of nuggets for me to ponder on!

Thank you!!
Awesome stuff Robb! I love all the context around each topic leading to a better idea of the protocols! Keep crushing it buddy!
Thanks!!

Thanks Wes! And good luck on the DayCare plague...that struggle is real!

THANK YOU! And I'll circle back on that other point.
